| 目的：运用Meta分析法评价补肾法对乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗后性激素的影响及类围绝经期症状的改善情况。方法：对CNKI、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase等进行全面的检索，检索时间限定为建库至2018年6月1日，严格按照纳入、排除标准来确定入选文献后，采用Jadad量表对文献进行质量评价。对入选文献研究进行数据的录入，应用Revman 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入21个随机对照试验，涉及1176名内分泌治疗的乳腺癌患者。Meta分析结果显示：症状评价：治疗组临床疗效优于对照组[WMD =-13.98，95%的置信区间[-14.73，-13.23]， P <0.00001]；性激素的影响评价：E2的影响：P=0.69>0.05，FSH的影响：P=0.40>0.05，差异均无统计学意义。结论：补肾法能改善乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗后出现的类围绝经期症状，同时，无论患者绝经与否，补肾法均不会影响其性激素水平，值得临床推广和应用。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the effect of kidney-tonifying method on the sex hormones after breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy and the improvement of perimenopausal symptoms by using meta-analysis. Method: A comprehensive search was conducted on CNKI, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, etc. The search time was limited to May 1st, 2018, and the selection was confirmed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After the literature, the quality of the literature was evaluated using the Jadad scale. Data entry for the selected literature studies was performed, and Revman 5.3 statistical software was used for meta-analysis. Result: A total of 21 randomized controlled trials involving 1176 breast cancer patients with endocrine therapy were included. Meta-analysis showed: Symptom evaluation: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group [WMD = -13.98, 95% confidence interval [-14.73, -13.23], P <0.00001]; effect evaluation of sex hormones: E2 effect: P =0.69>0.05, the effect of FSH: P=0.40>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The method of tonifying kidney can improve the symptoms of perimenopausal after the endocrine therapy of breast cancer patients. At the same time, regardless of the menopause or not, the kidney-building method will not affect the level of sex hormones, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
