| 目的 基于数据分析苦参碱对肝脏的作用,为临床安全有效使用提供参考。方法 查询Pubmed、Embase、CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、CBM等数据库,获得并筛选研究苦参碱致肝脏毒性的文献,进行分析总结。结果 苦参碱在人体和动物的肝毒性可能存在差异；苦参碱在低浓度(0.5g?L<sub>-1</sub>以下)时具有明显的促进肝细胞生长的作用,但随着浓度的上升,尤其是1.25 g?L<sub>-1</sub>以上时可能产生肝细胞毒性。结论 基于数据,苦参碱在人体和动物的肝毒性可能存在差异,并且在不同剂量下,苦参碱对肝脏表现出保护和毒性的双向作用。 |

| Objective To realize the hepatotoxicity of matrine and provide reference for clinical safe and effective use. Methods The databases of Pubmed, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM were used to obtain and screen the literatures on hepatotoxicity induced by matrine. Results Hepatotoxicity of matrine in human and animal may differ; matrine in low concentration (below 0.5 g?L<sub>-1</sub>) has obvious role in promoting liver cell growth, but with the increase of concentration, especially above 1.25 g?L<sub>-1</sub> showed obvious hepatotoxicity. Conclusion The blood concentration of matrine under routine clinical dose is far less than hepatotoxicity, but still need to pay attention to liver toxicity in the use of Matrine Injection, strictly according to the instructions. |
