| 目的：探讨超声弹性成像技术对提高颈部淋巴结良恶性诊断的精准性价值。方法：抽取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的患者63例作为研究对象，共计检出颈部淋巴结170枚，均接受常规超声、超声弹性成像检查，将病理结果或临床综合诊断结果作为标准，记录常规超声与超声弹性成像诊断良性、恶性淋巴结情况，以及特异性、敏感性、准确性。结果：超声弹性成像诊断颈部淋巴结良性符合率高于常规超声诊断（P<0.05）；超声弹性成像诊断颈部淋巴结敏感性、特异性、准确性86.95%、81.25%、82.35%与常规超声诊断82.19%、75.00%、81.17%比较，在敏感性与特异性上两组差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：超声弹性成像技术对提高颈部淋巴结良恶性诊断精准性有不错的价值，而且敏感性与特异性好，在基层医院也值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the accuracy of ultrasound elastography in improving the diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes. METHODS: A total of 63 inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. A total of 170 cervical lymph nodes were detected. All patients underwent conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography. Pathological results or clinical diagnosis were performed. Results As a standard, conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography were used to diagnose benign and malignant lymph nodes, as well as specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy. Results: The benign coincidence rate of cervical elastography in diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes was higher than that in conventional ultrasound diagnosis (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of cervical lymph node diagnosis by ultrasound elastography were 86.95%, 81.25%, 82.35% and conventional ultrasound diagnosis. Compared with 82.19%, 75.00%, and 81.17%, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound elastography has good value in improving the accuracy of diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes, and it has good sensitivity and specificity. It is also worthy of popularization and application in primary hospitals. |
