| 乳腺癌的发病率居中国女性恶性肿瘤之首，其发生发展与雌激素密切相关，因而，雌激素抵抗疗法是目前雌激素受体阳性乳腺癌的首选方法。作为纯抗雌激素剂的氟维司群于2002年被美国FDA批准进入临床应用，用于二线治疗绝经后激素受体阳性的晚期乳腺癌患者。此外，单独使用或与其他靶向治疗联合应用时，氟维司群还被证明对先前未接受内分泌治疗的患者（无论是新辅助治疗还是转移性治疗）都有效。氟维司群与palbociclib联合于2016年12月得到FDA新的批准，用于内分泌治疗后进展的乳腺癌患者。此外，由于乳腺癌治疗中可用的药物具有不同的作用机制，研究人员还将氟维司群与多种药物进行了联用。本文主要综述氟维司群联合其他药物在晚期转移性乳腺癌（MBC）中的应用进展。 |

| The incidence of breast cancer ranks first among Chinese women with malignant tumors. Its occurrence and development are closely related to estrogen. Therefore, estrogen resistance therapy is currently the preferred method for estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. Fulvestrant，as a pure antiestrogenic agent，was introduced to clinical practice in 2002, initially with the indication to treat postmenopausal women with hormone-receptor-positive advanced breast cancer as second-line therapy postdisease progression after aromatase inhibitors or tamoxifen. Additionally, fulvestrant has also been shown to be active in patients previously untreated with endocrine therapy, either both in the neoadjuvant and the metastatic setting, alone or in combination with other targeted therapies. Fulvestrant in combination with palbociclib, received a new FDA indication in December 2016, both in pre/postmenopausal women with breast cancer progressing after endocrine therapy. In addition, because available drugs for the treatment of breast cancer have different mechanisms, researchers have also combined fulvestrant with multiple drugs. This article mainly reviews the application of fulvestrant combined with other drugs in advanced metastatic breast cancer (MBC). |
