      目的 观测小鼠哮喘激发后TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1在气道重塑的表达,探讨TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1在哮喘气道重塑中的的机制。方法 哮喘组:40 只健康小鼠,分为4组,用卵蛋白超声雾化激发哮喘,分为激发前组、激发2周、激发4周和激发8 周,观察4组气道形态学参数、哮喘小鼠肺组织TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1有无统计学差异及相关性。 结果 哮喘小鼠肺组织TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1比较,差异有显著性( P<0.01);气道形态学参数比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。哮喘小鼠肺组织TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1含量与气道形态学参数呈正相关,哮喘小鼠肺组织TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1含量亦呈正相关。 结论 哮喘小鼠肺组织TGF-β1,MMP-9和TIMP-1可能参与了哮喘的病理生理过程,并参与了哮喘气道重塑。

      [Abstract] OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in asthmatic rats. explore the effect of TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 on the airway remodeling of bronchial asthma. METHODS: forty healthy mouse were randomly divided into pre-arousa, 2-week, 4-week and 8-week asthmatic groups (OVA inhalation of 2, 4 and 8 weeks respectively),. Then airway morpholohical parameters and TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung tissue were measured, to observe if there were significant difference and correlation among the three groups. RESULTS: TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung tissue were compared, there were significant difference among four groups (P<0.01); The airway morpholohical parameters were compared, there were significant difference among four groups (P<0.05); There was a linear correlation between TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 and airway morpholohical parameters. Meanwhile, there was a linear correlation between TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung tissue. CONCLUSIONS: TGF-β1,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 may take part in pathophysiological process with asthma,and involved in airway remodeling.
