| 目的：探讨微针射频术后外用生肌散治疗陈旧性妊娠纹临床疗效。方法：2016年10月至2018年1月共纳入40例陈旧性妊娠纹女性患者,随机分为观察组20例,对照组20例。微针射频治疗后,对照组即刻外喷重组人表皮生长因子局部封包30分钟,观察组即刻给予生肌散局部封包30分钟。每次治疗间隔2个月,3次为一个疗程,末次结束后2个月前来复诊,从妊娠纹面积、颜色、松弛度、深度等方面对比分析两组疗效差异。结果：观察组显效率为80%,对照组显效率为65%,两组疗效比较显示有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论：将微针射频与生肌散结合能更好的治疗妊娠纹,值得进一步研究。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of Microneedle radiofrequency combined with Shengjisan in the treatment of old stretch marks. Methods: A total of 40 women with old stretch marks were included from October 2016 to January 2018. They were randomly divided into observation group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). After Microneedle radiofrequency treatment, the control group was immediately externally sprayed with Recombinant human epidermal growth factor with local packets for 30 minutes, and the observation group was immediately given Shengjisan with local packets for 30 minutes. Each treatment interval was 2 months. 2 months after the completion of three treatment sessions, the patient was referred back 2 months later. The difference in efficacy between the two groups was compared from the areas of stretch marks, color, slackness, depth. Results: The observed rate was 80% in the observation group and 65% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of microneedle radiofrequency and Shengjisan can better treat stretch marks and is worthy of further study. |
