| 目的：已有研究表明Hp感染增加胃黏膜肠化生及胃癌发生率,miRNA584和miRNA1290参与胃黏膜肠化生机制。本文拟研究Hp感染的人胃黏膜组织中miRNA584和miRNA1290的表达情况,明确Hp感染与miRNA584和miRNA1290表达的相关性。方法：随机选取Hp阳性及Hp阴性患者胃黏膜组织各40例,采用原位杂交方法对miRNA584和miRNA1290进行检测。结果：与Hp阴性的患者相比,Hp阳性的患者胃黏膜组织中miRNA584和miRNA1290的表达均增加,二者的χ2值分别为6.084和4.073,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：Hp感染与胃黏膜组织miRNA584和miRNA1290的表达有相关性,Hp感染可能导致胃黏膜组织miRNA584和miRNA1290表达增加,在人胃黏膜细胞肠化生中起重要作用。 |

| 【】Objective Studies had identified Helieobacter pylori infection can raise the incidence rate of gastric intestinal metaplasia and gastric carcinoma, miRNA584 and miRNA1290 participate in the mechanism of gastric intestinal metaplasia. We tried to study the expression of miRNA584 and miRNA1290 in human gastric mucosa with H.pylori infection, to determine the relationship of miRNA584 and miRNA1290 expression and H.pylori infection. Methods The miRNA584 and miRNA1290 expression were determined by in situ hybridization in 40 H.pylori-positive human gastric mucosa and 40 H.pylori-negative human gastric mucosa which were all chosen randomly. Results Compact to H.pylori-negative human gastric mucosa, H.pylori-positive human gastric mucosa had a higher miRNA584 and miRNA1290 expression,the values of χ2 were 6.084 and 4.073,which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion There is correlationship between H.pylori infection and miRNA584 and miRNA1290 expression, H.pylori may raise the expression of miRNA584 and miRNA1290,and play an important role in human gastric intestinal metaplasia. |
