| 目的 探讨小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠颗粒治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效观察。方法 选择我院儿科门诊确诊为婴幼儿哮喘患儿150例,采用随机数字法按就诊顺序分为观察组1、观察组2和对照组各50例。对照组给予硫酸沙丁氨醇片,每次0.1mg～0.15mg/kg,2～3次/日,观察组1给予硫酸沙丁氨醇片 每次0.1mg～0.15mg/kg,2～3次/日；孟鲁司特钠颗粒(顺尔宁),每日1次,每次一片(4mg),观察组2：小儿肺热咳喘颗粒,<3岁,一次3g,一日3次,≥3岁,一次3g,一日4次；孟鲁司特钠颗粒(顺尔宁),每日1次,每次一片(4mg),疗程均14天,14天后评价临床症状,肺功能和哮喘控制情况。 结果 3组临床症状、体征比较,差异有显著性(F=18.90~35.48,P<0.01)；3组肺功能TPTEF/TE、VPEF/VE、TEF50%比较,差异有显著性(F=15.48~25.04,P<0.01),3组总控制率比较,差异有显著性(c2=12.00 ,P<0.05)。结论 小儿肺热咳喘颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠颗粒治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效确切,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Xiao Er Fei Re Ke Chuan Ke Li combined with Montelukast Sodium granule in infant with asthma. Methods 150 infant with asthma in out-patient of department of paediatrics in our hospital, according to their consulting order with random number method, were divided into the control group and the observation group one and the observation group two, the control group were taken Sardine sulfate tablet, 0.1mg to 0.15mg/kg, 2~3 times a day.. patients in the observation group one were taken Sardine sulfate tablet, 0.1mg to 0.15mg/kg, 2~3 times a day and Montelukast Sodium granule 1 times a day, each time one tablet (4mg), patients in the observation group two were taken Xiao Er Fei Re Ke Chuan Ke Li, <3 years old, 3G once a day, 3 times a day, over 3 years old, 3G once a day, 4 times a day.and Montelukast Sodium granule 1 times a day, each time one tablet (4mg). The courses of treatment in three groups were 14 days and Clinical symptoms, pulmonary function, and asthma control were evaluated after 14days. Results There were significant differences in clinical symptoms and signs among the 3 groups (F=18.90~35.48, P<0.01), and pulmonary function TPTEF/TE, VPEF/VE and TEF50% were compared ,there were significant differences among the 3 groups (F=15.48~25.04, P<0.01), the total control rate was compared ,there were significant differences among the 3 groups (c2=12.00, P<0.05).. Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Xiao Er Fei Re Ke Chuan Ke Li combined with Montelukast Sodium granule in infant with asthma.. and it deserves popularization and application |
