| 摘 要 目的 探讨羚羊角胶囊联合盐酸硫必利治疗儿童Tourette 综合征的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选 取2015年6月至2018年1月在我院确诊的125例Tourette 综合征患儿，随机分为对照组（60例）和治疗组（65例），对照组口服常规剂量的盐酸硫必利，治疗组应用盐酸硫必利联合羚羊角胶囊口服。比较两组治疗前及治疗后4周、8周耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分及临床疗效，同时比较两组的不良反应和安全性。结果 治疗后4周、8周治疗组的YGTSS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；治疗后8周，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；治疗组药物不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 羚羊角胶囊联合硫必利治疗儿童Tourette 综合征有较好的临床效果和安全性，能有效改善患者的临床症状。 |

| ABSTRACT Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of the combination of antler horn capsule combined with tiapride hydrochloride for Tourette syndrome in children. Methods 125 cases of children with Tourette syndrome in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and treatment group (65 cases), the control group were treated with routine tiapride hydrochloride, the treatment group were administered with application of antelope horn capsule combined with tiapride hydrochloride. At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment, Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS) score and clinical effect were evaluated between two group, adverse effect and safety between two group were also compared. Results YGTSS score in the treatment group were below than the control group, there was a statistical difference between the two groups at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment (P<0.05). At the end of the 8th week, the total effective rate in the treatment was higher than the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the treatment group was below than the control group, there was a differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of the antelope horn capsule combined with tiapride hydrochloride has clear curative effect and safety in treatment for the treatment of children with Tourette syndrome, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with Tourette syndrome. |
