| 目的：观察温通法（院内制剂乳腺4号）联合手法通乳治疗郁滞期乳腺炎的临床效果。方法：将70例符合郁滞期症状的急性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例，对照组采用院内制剂乳腺4号中药内服温通法治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上增加手法通乳治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率、肿块消退时间以及临床症状、体征积分。结果：观察组总有效率（97.1%）优于对照组（82.9%），且观察组肿块消退时间（1.8±0.7）短于对照组（3.2±1.4），差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）；对比治疗前后，两组的临床症状、体征积分均有减少（p<0.05），且观察组较对照组积分减少更明显（p<0.05）。结论：温通法（院内制剂乳腺4号）联合手法通乳治疗郁滞期乳腺炎的疗效较好，疗程短，见效快。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medical technique combined with Warming-through Therapy(Hospital preparation breast 4) in the Treatment of Acute Mastitis with Depressed Phase.Methods:70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Warming-through Therapy(Hospital preparation breast 4).The intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medical technique combined with Warming-through Therapy.The total effective rate, Clinical symptoms, physical scores and mass extinction time were compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rate in the intervention group was 97.1%, better than that of the control group of 82.9% ,and the mass extinction time of intervention group（1.8±0.7）was shorter than that of control group（3.2±1.4）, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, both groups had lower Clinical symptoms, physical scores than before treatment, and the observation group had lower scores than the control group. Their difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:traditional Chinese medical technique combined with Warming-through Therapy for acute mastitis with Depressed Phase has a good effect, a short course of treatment, fast onset. |
