      摘要:目的 探讨运动再学习方法结合生物反馈对提高脑卒中后患者腕背伸的作用 方法:将80例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组接受常规内科治疗和康复治疗,对照组进行生物反馈治疗,治疗组在生物反馈治疗过程中应用运动再学习训练方法,2次/d,30min/次,5 d/周,共12周。治疗前后对两组进行康复评定,观察两组治疗前后腕背伸时主动关节活动范围(AROM),腕背伸时肌肉最大收缩时肌电(sEMG)阈值,即为腕背伸肌群表面肌电值。 结果:治疗前两组患者各观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3、6、12周后治疗组患者腕关节的AROM、sEMG阈值均优于对照组( P < 0. 001)。 结论:运动再学习方法结合生物反馈方案能有效提高腕背伸功能。

      Abstract:Objective to To explore the effect of motor relearning method combined with biofeedback on improving wrist dorsiflexion in stroke patients Methods 80 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The two group received routine medical treatment and rehabilitation, the control group of biofeedback therapy, the treatment group in the application of biofeedback in the treatment process and sports training methods, 2 / D, 30min / 5, D / week for 12 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the two groups were evaluated by rehabilitation. The range of active joint (AROM) of the two groups before and after treatment was observed, and the maximum EMG threshold during the wrist extension was observed. Results:Motor relearning method combined with biofeedback can effectively improve the wrist dorsiflexion function.
