| 骨癌痛对患者躯体活动、情绪功能、社会生活等各方面均可产生不同程度的影响,极大地影响了患者的生活质量。临床上阿片类等镇痛药物副作用多,且易产生耐受,为更好的治疗骨癌痛,各种新的治疗方法也应运而生,因此综合比较各疗法的优缺点,寻求更安全、更有效的缓解骨癌痛的疗法,从而有效提高患者的生存质量,是当前亟需解决的问题。本文就近几年西医和中医疗法治疗骨癌痛的临床和实验研究进行综述。 |

| 【】Bone cancer pain can affect patients" physical activity, emotional function, social life and other aspects, which greatly affects the quality of life of patients. Clinical opioids and other analgesic drugs have many side effects, and they are easy to produce tolerance. In order to better treat bone cancer pain, a variety of new treatment methods have come into being. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to comprehensively compare the advantages and disadvantages of each therapy and seek more safe and effective therapy for alleviating bone cancer pain, so as to effectively improve the quality of life of the patients. This paper summarizes the clinical and experimental studies in recent years of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of cancer pain. |
