| 目的：主要分析中药熏蒸结合推拿治疗对老年患者股骨转子间骨折术后功能恢复和骨愈合情况,讨论中医中药治疗在髋关节康复治疗中的作用,为临床工作积累更多经验。方法：选择70例股骨转子间骨折PFNA重建术后患者,其中男41例,女29例,年龄69-79岁,平均76.83岁。外伤原因：车祸26例,活动外伤44例。随机分为2组,中医治疗组和对照组,分别实施不同康复策略。在随访中采用Harris髋关节评分系统评定髋关节功能.通过GE图形软件测量局部骨质的CT值和髓内钉钉道宽度,判断中医治疗对内固定稳定和骨愈合的影响。结果：经康复治疗中医治疗组和对照组髋关节功能均存在随时间推移的改善趋势,但中医治疗组在术后3个月及6个月的观察点上Harris髋关节评分更具优势,主要是疼痛缓解、肌力改善和肿胀消退。6个月的随访中两组患者髓内钉钉道宽度、骨折位置骨质CT值无统计学意义。结论：中药熏蒸结合推拿治疗有利于老年股骨转子间骨折术后功能恢复且不会影响骨愈合。 |

| : Objective: Analysis the Chinese medicine and massage therapy to improve the functional rehabilitation for the old patients after the operation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur. Methods: 70 patients, accepted the operation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur, 41 males and 29 females, with an average age was 76.83 (69 to 79). The main reason for the wound was 26 cases of car accident, and 44 cases of sports injury. The patients were divided into two groups by random, with different treatment methods. The Harris hip functional evaluate system was used to show the treatment results, and GE image software was used to measure the CT value of the bone within the fracture area and the width of bone tunnel to evaluate the safety of the Chinese treatment. Results: The hip functional rehabilitation of the two groups both improved with the time. The results of Chinese medicine treatment group are batter than the control group, especially in improve muscle swelling and pain subside. Conclusion: Chinese medicine and massage therapy can improve the old peoples’ hip function after the operation of intertrochanteric fraure of femur and not bother the stability. |
