| 目的：探讨《针灸大成》耳内虚鸣方结合薄氏腹针治疗肾虚型神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法：将62例肾虚型神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组31例。治疗组采用《针灸大成》耳内虚鸣方联合薄氏腹针治疗，对照组采用《针灸大成》耳内虚鸣方常规治疗。结果：经过治疗，治疗组与对照组总有率分别为93.55%与70.97% ，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组 THI耳鸣残疾评分改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组耳鸣严重程度评分改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：两组患者经治疗后均有疗效，但治疗组的治疗效果与对照组相比具有显著差异（P＜0.05）。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of with neurotinnitus with kidney essence deficiency by tinitus prescription in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and abdominal acupuncture of BoShi．
Methods:62 cases of neurotinnitus patients with kidney essence deficiency were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by tinitus prescription in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and abdominal acupuncture of BoShi. The control group was treated only with tinitus prescription in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
Results:Through the treatment，in the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was 93.55%and 70.97% respectively，and the difference between two groups had a statistical significance(P＜0.05) ;As to the THI tinnitus handicap score after treatment，the treatment group was improved more significantly than the control group(P＜0.05);According to the tinnitus severity score after treatment，the treatment group was improved more significantly than the control group(P＜0.05)．
Conclusion: YangShi acuputure combined with Abdominal acupuncture on neurotinnitus with kidney essence deficiency has a significant effect，and can improve tinnitus severity and improve the hearing level． |
