| 摘要 目的 观察中西医结合治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病（DN）伴高血压患者的临床指标变化。方法 选择2015年1月至2017年12月收治的2型DN伴高血压的老年患者180例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在此对照组上加服补气益肾中药方。两组均治疗2个月。比较治疗前后患者血压、肾功能和血管内皮相关生化指标的变化。结果 与对照组相比，治疗组患者血压指标（收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP））、肾功能指标（尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、尿微量白蛋白（mALB）、血清膀胱抑素C（CysC）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy））和血管内皮指标（凝血酶调节蛋白（TM）和凝血因子Ⅷ（vWF））好转更加明显，差异有统计学意义（P 值均＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗对DN伴高血压患者降低血压和改进肾功能的疗效较单纯西医治疗更好。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical changes of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension. Method Elderly type 2 DN with hypertensive patients From January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 2 groups were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group add Buqiyshen prescription on the basis of control group. After 2 months. The changes of blood pressure, renal function and vascular endothelial biochemical indexes were compared between before and after treatment. Results Compared with the clinical index before treatment, two group patients with SBP, DBP, UAER, mALB, CysC ,Hcy and TM, vWFwere significantly decreased, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control groupCompared with the control group, blood pressure groups (SBP,DBP), renal function (UAER, mALB,CysC andHcy) and vascular endothelial index(TM and vWF)improved more obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05,respectively).Conclusion The Combination medicine treatment for the patients can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve renal function, which is better than western treatment alone. |
