| 【摘要】
目的 观察中药更年方联合耳穴压豆治疗女性围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法 入组150例符合标准的围绝经期综合征患者，根据随机数字表将患者随机分入中药+耳穴组（Ⅰ组，n=50）、耳穴组（Ⅱ组，n=50）、空白组（Ⅲ组，n=50）。干预前、及干预3月后予测量E2、FSH、LH水平，进行PMS症状评分。结果（1）干预后，与Ⅲ组比较，Ⅰ组的雌二醇、LH、FSH水平、KMP症状评分差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05)，Ⅱ组雌二醇、LH水平、PMS症状评分差异具有统计学意义(P< 0.05)，Ⅱ组的FSH水平不具有显著性差异（P=0.095）。Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组比较，雌二醇、LH、FSH水平差异均无统计学意义（P> 0.05），KMP评分差异具有统计学意义。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组干预前后的E2、 FSH、LH水平、KMP症状评分差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论（1）中药联合耳穴治疗围绝经期综合征能显著改善PMS症状，能提高雌激素水平，降低FSH水平。（2）单纯耳穴治疗围绝经期综合征能改善PMS症状，但效果不及中药联合耳穴，耳穴对FSH水平的影响和空白组没有显著性差异，推测耳穴改善PMS症状不完全通过性腺轴刺激、影响激素而改善症状（3）若围绝经期综合征不予干预，FSH、LH可显著升高，雌激素水平显著下降，KMP症状明显加重。 |

| Clinical Research on Chinese Herbs Combined with Uricular Acupuncture Treatment for Perimenopausal Syndrome
Abstract: Objective: To study the therapeutical effect of the treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome with chinese herbs combined with uricular acupuncture treatment. Methods: 150 cases were randomly divided into three groups: chinese herbs combined with uricular acupuncture treatment group ( Ⅰ group, 50 cases)，uricular acupuncture treatment group( Ⅱ group, 50 cases)，control group( Ⅲ group, 50 cases) . Serum sex hormones levels and modified Kupperma scores were compared before and after the treatment. Results: There was significant difference between Ⅰ group and Ⅲ group after treatment in serum E2 and FSH levels and modified Kupperma scores (P < 0.05 ). There was significant difference between Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group after treatment in serum E2 level and modified Kupperma score (P < 0.05 ) . Only serum E2 level was significant difference between Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group after treatment (P < 0.05 ).The serum E2, FSH, Lh levels and modified Kupperma scores before and after treatment in A group and B group are statistically significant compared (P < 0.05 ). The serum FSH levels before and after treatment in Ⅲ group are statistically significant compared(P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: (1)Chinese herbs combined with uricular acupuncture treatment can improve clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome and the levels of serum sex hormones.(2)Uricular acupuncture treatment can improve clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome and the levels of serum E2. (3) If non-intervention., the FSH level of perimenopausal syndrome patient can be significantly increased. So Chinese herbs combined with uricular acupuncture treatment has reliable clinical curative effect and safety for treating perimenopausal syndrome.
