| 目的 观察吴茱萸贴敷疗法改善二线抗结核药物所致胃肠道反应的疗效。方法 选取2015年10月至2017年6月住院的耐多药肺结核患者106例,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各53例,对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗。结果 治疗组胃肠道反应的缓解率显著高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。结论 吴茱萸穴位贴敷疗法能有效地改善抗结核药物所致胃肠道反应。 |

| Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint application theropy with Evodia rutaecarpa on gastrointestinal reaction induced by antitubercular agents in patients with MDR-tuberculosis. Methods Total 106 cases of drug-resistant TB patients in our hospital from Oct.2015 to Jun.2017 were enrolled in this study, randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 53 cases in each group. Control group receive routine western medical therapy, treatment group were added with acupoint application theropy with Evodia rutaecarpa. Results Remission rate of gastrointestinal reaction in treatment group significantly higher than control group.Conclusion Acupoint application theropy with Evodia rutaecarpa could effectively improves gastrointestinal reaction induced by antitubercular agents. |
