| 目的 观察逍遥丸结合氟西汀治疗卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效及对血清5-羟色胺(serotonin，5-HT)水平的影响。方法 采用随机对照的方法，将医院收治的符合卒中后抑郁的86例患者分成试验组（43例）和对照组（43例），试验组患者采用逍遥丸+氟西汀治疗，对照组患者应用氟西汀治疗，疗程4周。观察指标包括：治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分和血清5-HT浓度。结果 试验组总有效率（90.7%）高于对照组总有效率（76.7%）(P＜0.05)。治疗前试验组、对照组的HAMD评分分别为（21.02±2.84）、（20.75±4.17），治疗后试验组、对照组的HAMD评分分别为（9.18±2.87）、（12.63±3.74）。两组患者经治疗后，HAMD评分较治疗前均有改善（P＜0.05），且治疗后试验组HAMD评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前试验组、对照组的血清5-HT浓度分别为（85.02±6.42）ng/ml、（83.97±5.90）ng/ml，治疗后试验组、对照组的血清5-HT浓度分别为（146.29±6.78）ng/ml、（121.82±4.73）ng/ml。治疗后两组血清5-HT浓度均有升高（P＜0.05)，试验组较对照组升高更为明显（P＜0.05）。治疗中均未发生严重不良反应。结论 逍遥丸联合氟西汀能有效改善卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁症状，其机制可能与逍遥丸调节体内5-HT水平相关。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Pill combined with Fluoxetine on patients with post-Stroke depression and its influence on serum 5-HT(serotonin，5-HT)levels. Methods 86 patients with post-Stroke depression in our hospital were divided into the experimental group (43 cases) and the control group(43 cases) randomly．Patients in the experimental group were treated by Xiaoyao Pill combined with Fluoxetine，while patients in the control group were treated by Fluoxetine for 4 weeks.Observation indexes include the HAMD score、Serum 5-HT Level before and after treatment．Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (90.7%) was higher than that of the control group (76.7%)(P ＜0.05). Before treatment，the HAMD scores of the experimental group and the control group were （21.02±2.84）、（20.75±4.17）;After treatment，the HAMD scores of the experimental group and the control group were（9.18±2.87）、（12.63±3.74）.The HAMD scores of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The HAMD scores of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05) .Before treatment，the serum 5-HT levels of the experimental group and the control group were （85.02±6.42）ng/ml、（83.97±5.90）ng/ml;After treatment，the serum 5-HT levels of the experimental group and the control group were（146.29±6.78）ng/ml、（121.82±4.73）ng/ml.The serum 5-HT levels of two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P＜0.05),while the experimental group increased more significantly(P＜0.05) ．There was no serious adverse reaction during the treatment．Conclusion The application of Xiaoyao Pill combined with Fluoxetine can efficiently relieve the symptoms of depression，The mechanism may be related to its regulation of the level of serum 5-HT． |
