      【摘要】 目的 探讨丹参注射液联合美常安治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠的实验效果及作用机制。方法 选取成年SPF级雄性SD大鼠90只,采用随机数字表法分为空白对照组(假手术组,只行开关腹术);实验对照组(0.9%氯化钠注射液逆行胆胰管注射);SAP模型组(5%牛黄胆酸钠溶液胆胰管内逆行性注射);丹参治疗组(造模后30分钟经尾静脉注射(5ml/kg体重)丹参注射液一次,以后同剂量每12小时一次,共给药4次);美常安治疗组(在造模后30分钟经空肠造瘘管注入美常安溶液,l ×107 CFU/只,以后同剂量每12小时一次,共给药4次);联合治疗组(在造模后分别经尾静脉注入同等剂量丹参注射液及经空肠造瘘管注入美常安溶液);空白对照组、实验对照组、SAP模型组只注入同等剂量的无菌生理盐水。结果 SAP模型组大鼠的血清IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平及病理学评分均显著的高于空白对照组、实验对照组(P<0.05);丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组及联合治疗组的血清IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平及病理学评分均显著的低于SAP模型组(P<0.05);联合治疗组的血清IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平及病理学评分均显著的低于丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组(P<0.05);SAP模型组大鼠的血清MDA、LPS水平均显著的高于空白对照组、实验对照组(P<0.05),SOD水平显著的低于空白对照组、实验对照组(P<0.05);丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组及联合治疗组的血清MDA、LPS水平均显著的低于SAP模型组(P<0.05),SOD显著高于SAP模型组(P<0.05);联合治疗组的血清MDA、LPS水平均显著的低于丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组(P<0.05),SOD高于丹参治疗组、美常安治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 丹参注射液联合美常安治疗SAP大鼠效果显著,能显著的减轻炎症反应及氧自由基损伤,保护大鼠的胰腺组织

      【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with American Chang An in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis (SAP) rats. Methods Male SD adult SPF 90 rats were randomly divided into control group (sham operation group, only underwent abdominal switch); experimental control group (0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection retrograde cholangiopancreatography injection); SAP model group (5% sodium taurocholate solution of bile pancreatic duct retrograde injection); Danshen treatment group (after modeling 30 minutes after intravenous injection of Danshen injection (5ml/kg body weight) once, after the same dose every 12 hours, a total of 4 times administration); Chang An (treatment group at 30 minutes after injection of jejunal fistula Chang An solution, L * 107 CFU/ only. After the same dose every 12 hours, a total of 4 times administration); combined treatment group (after modeling respectively by intravenous injection of the same dose of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and injected through jejunal fistula Chang An solution); blank control group, experimental control group, SAP model group Only the same dose of aseptic saline was injected. Results The levels of IL-10, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and pathological score of SAP model group were significantly higher than those of blank control group and experimental control group (P <0.05) The serum levels of IL-10, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 and pathological scores in Changan and combination therapy groups were significantly lower than those in SAP model group (P <0.05) 10, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6 levels and pathological scores were significantly lower than the Salvia treatment group, the United States Changan treatment group (P lt; 0.05); SAP model serum MDA, LPS levels were significantly (P <0.05), and the level of SOD was significantly lower than that of the blank control group and the experimental control group (P <0.05). The levels of MDA in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group, the combination group and the combination group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group and experimental control group , LPS were significantly lower than those in SAP group (P <0.05), and SOD was significantly higher than that in SAP group (P <0.05). The levels of serum MDA and LPS in combination group were significantly lower than those in Danshen group, Treatment group (P <0.05), SOD was higher than Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group and Mei Changan treatment group (P <0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection combined with the United States Changan significant effect on SAP rats, can significantly reduce the inflammatory response and oxygen free radical damage, protect rat pancreatic tissue.
