| 目的: 探讨中药熏洗治疗化疗致周围神经病变临床疗效和不良反应。方法: 选择本院诊治的化疗致周围神经病变（CIPN）患者144例，随机分为对照组72例，应用甲钴胺片口服治疗，研究组72例，采用中药熏洗联合甲钴胺口服治疗，两组均12周评价疗效，观察CIPN分级和VAS评分指标变化。结果: 研究组治疗后RR 81.94%，显著高于对照组59.72%（P<0.05），CIPN分级、VAS评分均优于对照组（P<0.05），不良反应无显著差异。结论: 中药熏洗联合甲钴胺口服治疗CIPN疗效确切，值得推广。 |

| Abstracts Objective To observe the clinical effect and adverse reaction of Chinese traditional fumigation and washing in the treatment of chemotherapy -induced peripheral neuropathy. Methods 144 cases of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) patients randomly divided into control group 72 cases, oral treatment with Mecobalamin Tablets,Study group 72 cases, using Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.The two groups all evaluated the curative effect for 12 weeks, and observed the changes of CIPN grade and VAS score. Results The response rate of the study group and control group were 81.94% and 59.72%，respectively. The response rate of study group was significantly higher than the control group（p<0.05）.CIPN grade and VAS score were superior to those of the control group（p<0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions.Conclusion Chinese Traditional fumigation and washing treatment of CIPN is effective and worthy of promotion. |
