| 目的：观察超声引导下射频消融术联合炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统（曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的疗效。方法：选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月的122例的子宫腺肌症患者，随机分为对照组（61例）和观察组（61例）。对照组给予炔诺孕酮宫内缓释治疗，观察组给予超声引导下射频消融术联合炔诺孕酮宫内缓释治疗，对比两种方法临床疗效和子宫功能状态。结果：治疗后对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为75.41%和95.08%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者子宫内膜厚度、痛经评分、卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）水平显著降低，但雌二醇（E2）显著升高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：超声引导下射频消融术联合炔诺孕酮宫内缓释治疗子宫腺肌症具有较好的临床疗效，可降低子宫内膜厚度和痛经 VAS评分，同时可改善激素水平，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。 |

| objective: to observe the efficacy of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFD) combined with the intrauterine sustained-release system (mensura) in the uterine adenomyosis. Methods: 122 patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into control group (61 cases) and observation group (61 cases) in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. Control group given acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine slow-release treatment, observation group was given radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of ultrasound in combination with acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine slow-release treatment, compared two methods of clinical curative effect and function of uterus. Results: the total effective rate of control group and observation group was75.41% and 95.08% respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (PAfter treatment, two groups of patients with endometrial thickness, dysmenorrhea score, follicular hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) level decreased significantly, but estradiol (E2) increased significantly, is similar between the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation with acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine low-dose therapy of uterine adenomyosis has better clinical curative effect, can decrease the thickness of the endometrium and period pain VAS score, at the same time can improve the levels of the hormone, has certain clinical application value. |
