| 目的：探讨超声药物导入疗法治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效及最佳的治疗疗程和介入时机。方法：入组患者随机分成两组,口服药物对照组(对照组)和口服药物加超声药物导入疗法组(超声组),第一、第二疗程结束时观察超声药物导入疗法对坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。结果：第一、二疗程后：①中医疗效评估：与对照组比较,超声组可以显著提高治愈率(p<0.05)；②基线视觉模拟评分法 (visual analogue scale,VAS)评分前后组内比较,两组均可以减少VAS评分(p<0.05),且超声组更有优势(p<0.05)；③纳入多因素进行二项分类Logistic回归分析校正混杂因素后,发现超声组在第一疗程介入治疗更具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：超声药物导入疗法安全、有效性高,可推荐为坐骨神经痛患者急性发作的治疗选择。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound transdermal drug delivery therapy in the treatment of sciatica and the best treatment course and the best point to intervene. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, oral drug group (control group) and oral drugs plus ultrasound transdermal drug delivery therapy group (ultrasound group), to observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic therapy for sciatica after the first and second treatment course respectively. Results: First and second courses later: ①The evaluation of curative of TCM: Compared with the control group, ultrasound group can significantly improve the cure rate (p<0.05); ②Compared with the visual analogue scale at baseline, both groups can reduce the VAS score and the ultrasound group has more advantages (p<0.05); ③Multiple factors were classified into a binary logistic regression model, it was found that the ultrasound group had more significant statistical significance in the first course of interventional therapy (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound therapy is safe and effective highly, it can be recommended as a treatment option in patients with acute onset of sciatica. |
