| 目的 研究自制腋臭粉联合局部注射A型肉毒毒素治疗低龄腋臭患者疗效及安全性。方法 2014年8月到2016年12月因腋臭在我科门诊就诊的低龄腋臭患者共计115例，分为两组：自制腋臭粉联合A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗（治疗组）64例和单用A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗（对照组）51例。两组于治疗后2个月、6个月、12个月分别进行随访。观察两组治疗疗效及并发症。结果 治疗后2个月、6个月、12个月总有效率治疗组分别为98.4%、89.1%、51.6%，对照组有效率分别为98.0%、78.4%、17.6%，治疗后2个月两组比较差异无统计学意义（p>0.05），治疗后6个月、12个月治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论 腋臭粉联合A型肉毒毒素局部注射可作为暂不宜行手术的低龄腋臭患者的一种有效治疗方法，安全性好、疗效佳，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of homemade bromhidrosis powder and botulinum toxin type A?in treatment of osmidrosis. Methods From August? 2014 to december 2016, our department for treatment of young bromhidrosis patients with a total of 115 cases were randomized divided into two groups: homemade osmidrosis powder combined with local injection of botulinum toxin type A treatment group (experimental group), and only local injection of botulinum toxin type A treatment group (control group). Postoperative 2 months, 6 months, 12 months were followed up once. Efficacy and complications were observed. Results After the completion of treatment 2 months, 6 months, 12 months, the total efficiency of the experimental group were 98.4%, 89.1%, 51.6%, the control group was respectively 98.0%, 78.4%, 17.6%, There were no significant differences in parameters of control group and control group after 2 months (p >0.05).?The effective rate in the combination group were improved more markedly than those in control group after treatment 6 months and 12 months (all p<0.05). Conclusions Homemade bromhidrosis powder combined with local injection of botulinum toxin type A is a effectively treatment for young bromhidrosis. As it has good?effect and safety, so it worthy of promotion. |
