| [目的] 观察中药验方回乳在回乳过程中的效果。[方法] 将入选两组128例回乳妇女随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组65例用验方回乳，对照组63例使用乙烯雌酚，维生素B6回乳。观察妇女回乳效果和乳痈、乳腺增生的产生及改善状况。[结果] 两组回乳后，观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。[结论] 在内外药效的双重作用下，乳腺分泌回归，乳腺导管通畅，有效地清除蓄积之物，并能防治乳痈和乳腺增生症。充分体现了“治未病”理念，具有较高的实用价值。 |

| [Objective] Observe the effect of Chinese medicine delactation prescription during women’s delactation. [Method] Divide 108 women during the period of delactation into 2 groups —— the trial group and the control group by using the method of random number. 65 members of the trial group adopt the efficient delactation prescription, and 63 members of the control group adopt diethylstilbestrol and vitamin B6. Observe the effect of womens’ delactation and the cure improvement of acute mastitis and proliferation of mammary gland. [Result] After 2 groups’ delactation, the trial group is obviously better than control group in clinical effect with statistically significant difference. [Conclusion] With the internal and external drug effect, mammary gland secretion gets stopped, and mammary gland catheter gets clear and expedite, which can prevent and cure acute mastitis and proliferation of mammary gland. It adequately reflects the theory of preventive treatment and has high practical value. |
