自噬在维持细胞内环境的稳态中有重要作用。在正常的细胞中,这种活动构成了强大的抗白血病转化屏障,自噬具有抗白血病的免疫监视作用。然而与之相反,自噬也能保护白血病细胞防止缺氧,营养缺乏和药物带来的损害,从而有利于白血病的进展。本文综述了自噬在不同类型白血病耐药发展中的作用,为自噬相关的白血病新药的研制提供了理论指导。 |

Autophagy plays a key role in maintaining the homeostasis of intracellular environment. In normal cells, this homeostatic activity constitutes a powerful barrier to leukemia transformation. Inhibition of many oncogenes and tumor suppressors promotes autophagy. Autophagy has anti-leukemia immune surveillance role. However, autophagy can protect leukemic cells against nutrient deficiency and drug damage, thereby contributing to the progression of leukemia. This review summarizes the role of autophagy in the development of different types of leukemia and provides theoretical guidance for the development of new drugs for leukemia related to autophagy. |
