| 摘要：目的：研究慢性主观性头晕(chronic subjective dizziness，CSD)中医证型与焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）评分的关联性。方法：收集神经内科236例CSD患者，根据症状及舌、脉象，总结中医证型、病程，填写SAS、SDS量表，运用统计学方法分析。结果：CSD患者中医证型以肝阳上亢证为主（107例，45%），肝阳上亢证组SAS标准分高于其他四组,肾精不足证组SDS标准分高于其他四组, SAS、SDS标准分随着病程延长出现上升趋势。结论：CSD患者中医证型与焦虑、抑郁具有一定的相关性，其中，肝阳上亢证具有明显的焦虑、抑郁表现，肾精不足证抑郁程度较高，且病程长短与患者焦虑、抑郁情绪相关。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To study the correlation between TCM syndromes and Self-Rating Anxiety Seale／self-Rating Depression Seale. Methods: According to their clinical symptoms and character of tongue、pulse, 236 cases of chronic subjective dizziness(CSD) were collected in our hospital, then analysis the relationship between type of TCM syndrome and Self-Rating Anxiety Seale（SAS）／self-Rating Depression Seale（SDS）. Results: The main TCM Syndrome of CSD is upper hyperactivity of liver yang (107 cases, 45%), The score（SAS） in the group of upper hyperactivity of liver yang is significantly higher than the other four groups，the score(SDS) in the group of Deficiency of Kidney Jing is higher than the other four groups. The scores of SAS and SDS increased with the duration of the disease.Conclusion: TCM syndrome of CSD patients has certain correlation with anxiety and depression. Among them, patients with upper hyperactivity of liver yang has obvious anxiety and depression , and Deficiency of Kidney Jing has a higher degree of depression, The length of medical history is related to anxiety and depression. |
