| 目的 观察不同角度下可调式膝关节支具应用于脑卒中患者对其步行能力的影响。 方法 选取81例脑卒中患者,随机分为治疗组41例和对照组40例,两组患者均在我科进行常规康复治疗,两组患者在进行步行训练时都予以佩戴可调式膝关节支具,治疗组患者膝关节支具限定在30°-180°,对照组患者膝关节支具限定在0°-180°,两组治疗前后均进行步行能力评定。结果 治疗4周后,治疗组患者步行能力明显优于对照组。结论 脑卒中患者佩戴可调式膝关节支具角度设定在30°-180°对于步行能力更为有效。 |

| s Aim To observe the effect of adjustable knee joint brace on the walking ability of stroke patients at different angles. Methods 81 patients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 41) and control group (n = 40). Two groups of patients were in our department for routine rehabilitation. The patients in walking training were all to wear adjustable knee brace. The knee in the treatment group was limited to 30 ° -180 °. The control group had a knee joint limited to 0 ° -180 °. Both groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the walking ability of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion That is much more effective in Stroke patients with adjustable knee knuckle angle set at 30 ° -180 ° for walking ability training. |
