| 目的：观察分析中西医结合疗法治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法：纳入68例膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,联合舒膝外熏方熏洗治疗,分析比较两组治疗后VAS评分、膝关节肿胀程度、Lysholm膝关节评分及复发率。结果：治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组(p<0.05)；治疗后观察组膝关节肿胀程度优于对照组(p<0.05)；治疗后观察组Lysholm膝关节评分明显高于对照组(p<0.05)；治疗后观察组在1个月及3个月时的复发率明显优于对照组(p<0.05)；观察组愈显率82.4%,对照组愈显率58.8%,两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：采用中西医结合疗法治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎疗效显著,治愈率高,复发率低,是一种值得临床推广的有效治疗方案。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of acute traumatic knee synovitis by traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods: 68 patients of acute traumatic knee synovitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 case in each.The control group was treated by routine Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was combined with Shuxi Waixun prescription for fumigating.We analyzed and compared the change of VAS score, knee joint swelling degree,Lysholm knee score and recurrence rate after treatment in two groups. ResultsS: The VAS score of observation group after treatment is lower than that of contral group (p<0.05);The knee joint swelling degree of observation group after treatmen is better than that of the control group (p < 0.05); The Lysholm knee score of observation group after treatment is higher than that of contral group (p<0.05);The recurrence rate of observation group in 1 month and 3 months after treatment is better than that of control group (p < 0.05); The total effective rate of observation group was 82.4%, and the total effective rate of contral group was 58.8%, the difference between two groups was statistical significance(p < 0.05). Conclusion: The combined treatment of acute traumatic knee synovitis by traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows obvious curative effect, high cure rate and low recurrence rate, which is a worthy of clinical application and effective treatment. |
