      目的 探讨舒血宁对糖尿病周围神经病变患者氧化应激和胱抑素c(Cystatinc,Cys-c)的影响。方法 选择2015年1月至2017年2月就诊于我院的80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,将所有患者按随机数字表法分为两组。给予对照组40例硫辛酸治疗,在此基础上给予观察组40例舒血宁治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、血液流变学、氧化应激反应、D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)、Cys-c以及用药安全性。结果 观察组餐后2h血糖(2 hour postprandial blood glucose,2hPG)、空腹血糖(Fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated hemoglobin,HbAlc)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组D-D、Cys-c水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathioneperoxidase,GSH-Px)水平高于对照组,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)低于对照组,组间比较差异统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积指数和红细胞聚集水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,对照组和观察组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论 对糖尿病周围神经病变患者行舒血宁治疗安全性较高,能降低血糖水平,提高临床疗效,改善血液流变学及氧化应激,降低D-D、Cys-c水平。

      Objective To explore the effects of Shuxuening on oxidative stress and CystatinC (Cys-c) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who had received treatment in the hospital between January 2015 and February 2017 were selected, and according to the random number table method, these patients were divided into two groups. The 40 cases in the control group were treated with Lipoic , and the 40 cases in the observation group were given Lipoic combined with Shuxuening for treatment. The clinical efficacy, blood glucose level, blood rheology, oxidative stress, D-Dimer(D-D), Cys-c and safety of drug use in the two groups were compared. Results The levels of 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in the observation group were shown to be lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the D-D and Cys-c levels in the observation group were shown to be lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05); the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathioneperoxidase (GSH-Px) in the observation group were shown to be higher than the control group, and its malondialdehyde (MDA) lower than the control group, where significant difference was registered between the two groups (P>0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, plasma fibrinogen, hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation in the observation group were shown to be lower than the control group, where the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in either the control group or the observation group during the treatment period. Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, Shuxuening is of higher safety, which can reduce the blood sugar levels, improve the clinical efficacy, blood rheology and oxidative stress, and decrease the levels of D-D and Cys-c.
