| [目的]总结叶益平主任治疗鼻咽癌的学术观点及临证经验,并在临床中进一步推广。[方法]通过跟师侍诊的方法,收集病例,从病因病机、辨证治疗、临证用药方面论述叶益平主任诊治鼻咽癌的学术观点及临床经验,总结其用药特点,并举验案佐证。[结果]叶益平主任认为鼻咽癌的关键病机在于“痰毒瘀虚”的形成,临症时强调病证症三者结合,主次分明,临证时善用自拟方为基础方加减治疗鼻咽癌；叶益平主任治疗鼻咽癌主张健脾益气以扶正,化痰祛瘀以驱邪,在扶正的基础上,善于运用虫类及活血化瘀药物,最终达到邪去正安的疗效,并且善于减轻放疗副反应,临床疗效显著。[结论]叶益平主任治疗鼻咽癌的经验临床行之有效,值得总结及进一步推广应用。 |

| [Objective]Discussion and promotion academic ideas and clinical experience of Director Ye Yiping in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.[Method]With the method of following Director Ye Yiping,from the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation ,medication characteristic to expound the academic viewpoints and clinical experience of Director Ye Yiping in treating nasopharyngeal carcinoma, summarize his prescription characteristics,and exemplify that. [Results]Director Ye Yiping thinks that the key pathogenesis is the formation of phlegm,toxin,stasis and deficiency.In the clinical practice ,he emphasizes the combination of disease,syndrome and symptom,and is expert in using the self-developed TCM prescription to treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma；He centers on invigorating spleen and nourishing Qi to strengthen body and eliminating phlegm and removing stasis to eliminate pathogenic factors;He is good at using with nsect drugs and drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis on the basis of strengthening body and reducing the toxicity of radiotherapy has achieved a satisfactory clinical curative effect. [Conclusion] The clinical experience of Director Ye Yiping treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is effective and worth to be summarized and popularized.
