| 目的：研究在无痛胃镜术中，中医不同体质分型患者对丙泊酚麻醉效果的影响。
方法：选择门诊行无痛胃镜患者180例，按中医体质分型标准分为平和质（A 组）、阳虚质（B 组）、阴虚质（C 组）共 3 组，每组各60例，观察比较三组患者术
结果：B组患者术中麻醉效果、丙泊酚用量、术中睫毛反射消失时间、体动发生率及离院时间高于C组及A组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,C组与A组无显著差异(P＞0.05)。3组患者手术时间、意识恢复时间、定向力恢复时间比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
结论：中医体质分型与丙泊酚麻醉效果具有一定的相关性。在无痛胃镜术中应根据患者体质类型确定丙泊酚的用量，个体化用药以提升麻醉安全性。 |

| Purpose: To explore the effect of propofol anesthesia on different types of constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine in painless gastroscopy.Methods: According to the standard of TCM Constitution Classification,we sorted 180 patients into three groups ：Peaceful constitution (group A), Yang-deficiency Constitution (group B) and Yin-deficiency Constitution(group C), 60 patients per group．We observe and compare the effect of anesthesia and postoperative recovery between the three groups.Results: The anesthesia effect, the amount of propofol, the time of disappearance of eyelash reflex,the rate of motion and the time of leaving hospital in group B were higher than those in group C and group A, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group C and group A (P > 0.05). There was no statistically difference between the 3 groups in the time of operation, the time of recovery of consciousness and the recovery time of directional force (P>0.05).Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the classification of TCM Constitution and the anesthesia effect of propofol. In painless gastroscopy, the amount of propofol should be determined according to the type of constitution, so as to improve the safety of anesthesia and individual medication. |
