| 目的 观察内关穴位埋线对冠心病患者心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)及心肺运动试验(cardiopulmonary exercise test,CPET)结果的影响。方法 招募确诊的冠心病患者60例随机分为埋线组及对照组，对照组进行常规健康宣教及药物治疗，埋线组在对照组基础上予每2周1次，共12周的内关穴埋线治疗，治疗前后两组患者均行HRV及CPET评估，观察低频功率(low frequency,LF)、高频功率(high frequency,HF)、低/高频比值(LF/HF)、正常心搏间期标准差(standard deviation of NN intervals,SDNN)、峰值摄氧量(peak oxygen uptake,VO2peak)、无氧阈(anaerobic threshold,AT)及CPET终止后2min的心率恢复值(heart rate recovery in 2mins after CPET,HRR2)的变化情况。 结果 治疗前两组患者的LF、HF、LF/HF、SDNN、VO2peak、AT、HRR2差异均无显著性（p＞0.05）；治疗后埋线组LF、HF、LF/HF、SDNN、VO2peak、AT、HRR2均优于治疗前（P＜0.05），而对照组较前相比无显著差异（p＞0.05）；组间对比，治疗后埋线组LF、HF、LF/HF、SDNN、VO2peak、HRR2均优于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组间AT差异并无显著性（p＞0.05）。结论 内关穴位埋线能够改善冠心病患者的自主神经功能，并显著提高患者的运动能力。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of Neiguan acupoint catgut embedding on heart rate variability and the results of cardiopulmonary exercise test for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Sixty recruited patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups: the embedding group (n=30)and the control group (n=30). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional health education and drug treatment,Another group underwent additional treatment of Neiguan acupoint catgut embedding once every 2 weeks for twelve weeks.All patients received evaluation of heart rate variability and cardiopulmonary exercise test at the pre and post treatment.The effects of low frequency(LF),high frequency(HF),
low frequency/high frequency(LF/HF),standard deviation of NN intervals(SDNN),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),anaerobic threshold(AT)and heart rate recovery in 2mins after cardiopulmonary exercise test(HRR2) were observed to reflect the patient's autonomic nerve function and exercise capacity.Results There were no significant differences in LF, HF, LF / HF, SDNN, VO2peak, AT and HRR2 between two groups before treatment (P> 0.05);After treatment, the LF, HF, LF / HF, SDNN, VO2peak, AT and HRR2 of embedding group were better than before(P <0.05), However, the same outcomes were not exhibited in the control group(p> 0.05); After treatment, the LF, HF, LF / HF, SDNN, VO2peak, HRR2 of embedding group were better than control group(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference in AT between the two groups (p> 0.05). Conclusion Neiguan acupoint catgut embedding can improve the autonomic nervous function of patients with coronary heart disease ,at the same time it can also dramatically improve exercise capacity of patients. |
