      观察竹节参水、醇提取物[不详]对慢性酒精性肝损伤模型小鼠血生化指标及炎症因子水平的干预作用。方法:采用灌胃一定浓度乙醇溶液复制慢性酒精性肝损伤小鼠模型,同时予以竹节参水、醇提取物[同上]干预;与第2、4、6周采血,全自动生化仪检测血清肝功能指标、血脂水平;与第4、6周,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-1β[首次出现附中文,下同](IL-1β)水平。结果:自第2周起,模型小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性随着造模时间的延长而显著增加,血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平随着造模时间的延长而呈逐渐降低趋势;第4、6周血清IL-6、IL-1β水平均显著上升。给药第4周,竹节参醇提取物能显著降低血清ALT、AST活性;对血脂水平无显著性影响;竹节参水、醇提取物均能显著降低血清IL-6、IL-1β水平,其中第4周以水提取物较为显著,第6周以醇提取物较为明显。结论:竹节参水、醇提取物均具有一定的抗慢性酒精性肝损伤作用,但在作用侧重点、作用时间和强度间存在一定的差异。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe effects of panax japonicus water or ethonal extraction on blood biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors levels in mice with alcoholic liver injury(ALI). Methods ALI model was established by gavage ICR mice with gradient alcoholic solution, mice in experiment groups were orally administered with water panax japonicus extraction (PJWE) and ethanol panax japonicus extraction (PJEE) for 6 weeks. Blood were collected at 2, 4 and 6 week, serum ALT, AST, TC, TG, HDL-C were determined by automatic biochemical analyser and serum IL-6, IL-1β were determined by ELISA according to the specification of the kits. Results From 2w, serum ALT, AST activities in ALI model were increased according to the prolong of the ethanol intake, while serum TC, HDL-C levels were decreased on the contrary; High levels of serum IL-6, IL-1β were observed both at 4w and 6w. At 4w PJEE could significantly lower serum ALT, AST activities, but no obviously changes were found in serum lipid levels. Both PJWE and PJEE could lower serum IL-6, IL-1β levels, and at 4w, the effects of PJWE was stronger and at 6w was PJEE. Conclusion Both PJWE and PJEE posses an effect on anti ALI, but there are some differences on effect emphasis, working time and action intensity between them.
