| 目的 探讨中药热敷联合艾灸治疗气滞血瘀型腰突症的治疗效果。 方法 将76例气滞血瘀型腰突症患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组患者38例，对照组采用常规护理措施进行治疗，实验组在常规护理措施的基础上进行中药热敷和艾灸，采用JOA评分和临床疗效评价标准对结果进行评价。结果 实验组和对照组组内JOA评分差异有统计学意义，治疗后疗效优于治疗前（P<0.05）；两组组间JOA评分和临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义，实验组优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 中药热敷联合艾灸能有效改善气滞血瘀型腰突症患者下腰痛症状。 |

| Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of moxibustion and hot compress with TCM in the treatment of blood stasis and Qi stagnation lumbar disc herniation. Methods Seventy-six patients with blood stasis and Qi stagnation lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and each group had thirty-eight cases.In the control group, the patients were applied routine nursing methods.In the experimental group,the patients were given moxibustion and hot compress with TCM on the basis of the control group.The JOA scales and evaluation criteria of clinical effect were compared. Results After the test, The JOA score of the two groups were all higher than the previous test,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The difference between the two groups on the JOA scales and clinical effect was was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The moxibustion and hot compress with TCM of blood stasis and Qi stagnation lumbar disc herniation patients can alieviate the degree of waist pain. |
