| 目的：探讨醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效观察及对血清炎症因子影响。方法：选自我院于2015年3月至2017年3月期间收治的小儿功能性消化不良94例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组47例与对照组47例。观察组采用醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,对照组仅采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。两组疗程均为14d。结果：观察组总有效率(93.62%)高于对照组(72.34%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后腹胀、上腹痛、腹泻评分降低(观察组：t=19.6450、18.0774、22.5045,对照组：t=12.5320、12.9271、14.7297,P<0.05)；观察组治疗后腹胀、上腹痛、腹泻评分低于对照组(t=18.1036、13.8531、14.8926,P<0.05)。观察组食欲不振、腹胀、腹痛消失时间快于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-6和TNF-α水平降低(观察组：t=23.7978、19.7122,对照组：t=12.3154、9.1410,P<0.05)；观察组治疗后血清IL-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组(t=13.0812、111441,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(4.26%)低于对照组(21.28%)(X2=6.1138,P<0.05)。结论：醒脾养儿颗粒联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效显著,且可降低血清炎症因子IL-6和TNF-α水平,具有重要研究意义。 |

| Objective: To investigate the Xingpi Yanger granule combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia and its effect on serum inflammatory factors. Methods: 47 children with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group (47 cases) and the control group (47 cases). The observation group used Xingpi Yanger granule combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets treatment, control group only with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets treatment. The two groups were treated with 14d. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (93.62%) was higher than that of the control group (72.34%) (P<0.05). Abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea score decreased in two groups after treatment (observation group: t=19.6450, 18.0774, 22.5045, the control group: t=12.5320, 12.9271, 14.7297, P<0.05); the observation group after the treatment of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea score lower than the control group (t=18.1036, 13.8531, 14.8926, P<0.05). The loss of appetite, abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the observation group were faster than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels decreased in two groups after treatment (observation group: t=23.7978, 19.7122, the control group: t=12.3154, 9.1410, P<0.05); the serum IL-6 and TNF-α levels after treatment in the observation group than in the control group (t=13.0812, 111441, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group (4.26%) was lower than that in control group (21.28%) (X2=6.1138, P<0.05). Conclusion: Xingpi Yanger granule combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets in treating children with functional dyspepsia has obvious curative effect, and can reduce the serum IL-6 and TNF- levels, has the important research significance. |
