| 中医“口疮”的发病与“火热”之邪密切相关，总不离阳阳失衡,但现代医学对其病因病机的认识尚无统一定论。氧化应激与中医阴阳理论不谋而合。通过查阅相关文献，研究氧化应激在“口疮”中的作用和规律，从氧化应激理论探讨中医 “口疮”的机理，将传统中医理论对口疮尚不清楚的机理客观化、标准化，为临床遣方用药调整氧化应激状态提供依据，从而达到中医药预防和治疗口疮的目的。 |

| "kouchuang" , a disease of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), is closely related to the fire evil, and undivided with the imbalance of Yin and Yang totally. And there is no unified conclusion about its etiology and pathogenesis now. Oxidative stress happen to coincide the theory of Yin and Yang. By searching relevant literature, the paper study the function and low of oxidative stress in " kouchuang ", and discuss on mechanism of “kouchuang” from oxidative stress. With oxidative stress, the mechanism witch TCM is not clear to “kouchuang” can be objective and standardized witch can provide basis and support for the prescription of TCM to adjust the oxidative stress state, so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of "kouchuang" . |
