| 目的 探讨前列地尔与丹参注射液联用治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的效果。方法 选取患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,观察组在常规糖尿病治疗的基础上联合使用前列地尔与丹参注射液,对照组仅予前列地尔治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果 下肢血流动力学指标,血流流变性,全血勤度(ηb)高切、低切、血浆勤度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)和治疗前相比均有显著改善,差异具有显著性意义(P＜0.05)；观察组总有效率(92.00%),红细胞压积(HCT)改善情况明显优于对照组(75.00%),两组相比差异具有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。结论 前列地尔联合丹参注射液是治疗老年2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的有效方法,值得临床进一步推广和探讨。 |

| Objective It is to investigate the effectiveness of prostaglandin E1(PGE1) combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of elderly patients with peripheral arterial disease(PDA) in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 elderly patients with PDA were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, two groups of patients with diabetic routine the treatment, the observation group based on the use of PGE1 and Salvia miltiorrhiza injection treatment combined with control group based on the use of Salvia miltiorrhiza only, comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The lower extremity hemodynamics, blood rheology, whole blood viscosity(high and low shear), plasma viscosity (PV), fibrinogen (Fg) compared with before treatment were significantly improved, the difference was significant (P < 0.05); the total efficiency of the observation group ( 92%), hematocrit (HCT) was better than the control group (75%), with a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with PGE1 in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic PDA can play to their respective advantages. It is an effective method and is worthy of further promotion and discussion. |
