| [目的]总结沈一平主任治疗慢性免疫性血小板减少症(CITP)的临床经验。[方法]分析总结沈一平主任对CITP病因病机的认识,选举典型的临床案例论证疗效。[结果]沈一平主任认为风邪化为热毒侵袭,入血伤络损及正气是CITP的主要病机,临床辨治上强调以祛风清热解毒止血为治疗大法。[结论] 沈一平主任运用中医药治疗CITP疗效显著,其独到见解和丰富的临床经验值得学习和推广。 |

| [Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Chief physician Shen Yiping in the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia (CITP). [Methods] Analysis and summary Chief physician Shen Yiping "s Understanding of Etiology and Pathogenesis of CITP, the election of typical clinical case demonstration effect. [Results] Chief physician Shen Yiping holds that wind convert to heat-toxin, injurying of blood leading to deficiency of vital qi is the main pathogenesis of CITP, clinical treatment on the emphasis on the use of Qu feng Qing re jie du zhi xue Therapy. [Conclusion] Chief physician Shen Yiping use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CITP significantly, its unique insights and rich clinical experience worth learning and promotion. |
