| 目的:观察调经汤对卵巢早衰大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法:将60只雌性成熟未交配Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性药物(雌二醇)对照组、调经汤高、中、低剂量组,腹腔注射顺铂溶液制作大鼠卵巢早衰动物模型,观察大鼠动情周期、血清性激素FSH、E2和LH的变化及卵巢组织的病理改变。结果: 模型组和阳性药物对照组大鼠无稳定的动情周期,调经汤高、中剂量组逐渐恢复规律的动情周期。模型组血清E2水平含量降低,血清FSH和LH含量均升高,与空白对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与模型组相比,调经汤高中低剂量组血清FSH水平含量明显降低、E2含量明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；血清LH含量水平降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组大鼠卵巢萎缩,卵泡生长少,闭锁卵泡增加,部分被纤维组织代替,黄体数量少,子宫内膜明显变薄。调经汤高、中、低剂量组能不同程度的增多卵泡数量和黄体数目,子宫内膜也有所增厚。结论:调经汤能有效改善顺铂诱导的模型大鼠卵巢功能。 |

| Objective: Observe the curative effect of Tiaojing Soup to treat premature ovarian failure rat model. Methods: Through intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin solution to make premature ovarian failure rat model. To observe the rats oestrous cycle, the variation in content of FSH, E2, LH and ovarian pathological changes. Observe the menstrual Tiaojing soup to the treatment efficacy of premature ovarian failure rat model. Results: The model group and positive drug control has no stable estrous cycle while high dose restore and medium dose group gradually recovered .In the model group ,the serum E2 levels decreased while FSH and LH levels increased, compared with the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the high dose group,middle dose group and the low dose group of Tiaojing Decoction serum FSH content decreased, E2 content increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) bue the serum LH levels decreased, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Ovarian tissue pathological change results show: the blank control group big mouse ovarian volume, follicle growth, multiple levels of granular cell, follicular fluid content, corpus luteum development is good, big volume and quantity, endometrial thickness. Model group rats ovarian volume contraction, follicular growth, less atresia follicles increases, partly replaced by fibrous tissue, corpus luteum number less, endometrial obviously thinning. In drug group of rats, high-dose Tiaojing decoction group rats ovary restore best body, follicular growth increased, most atresia follicles reduced the most obvious, corpus luteum number increased obviously, bigger volume, endometrial thickening is, indicates high dose Tiaojing decoction for cisplatin cause ovarian premature aging model rats treatment effect is best. |
