| 激素替代疗法(HRT)是指当病人体内激素不足,在治疗过程中接受天然激素或者替代激素的一种治疗方法,主要是针对绝经后妇女的雌激素及孕激素的补充治疗(ERT),除此之外,广义上还包括雄激素的补充治疗以及变性后的激素补充。数十年来,雌激素替代疗法的副作用在学术界一直存在争议,但是在市场上,关于雌激素替代疗法的激素类药物或作用相似的药物始终在研发上市中。本文总结了最近几年内雌激素替代疗法的临床进展以及市场相关药物的使用和研发状况,为临床医生选择治疗方案及用药提供参考,并对临床医生了解未来上市的新药提供帮助。 |

| : Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is any form of hormone therapy wherein the patient, in the course of medical treatment, receives hormones, either to supplement a lack of naturally occurring hormones, or to substitute other hormones for naturally occurring hormones. Common forms of hormone replacement therapy include: Hormone replacement therapy for menopause, Hormone replacement therapy for transgender people, Androgen replacement therapy. This paper summarizes the latest clinic development of ERT and the research and use of its related drugs in the market, which can be an important reference for occupational therapists to choose the proper therapy and pharmacy, and to learn more about the new drugs in the market. |
