| 目前现代医学常用脱水剂甘露醇注射液静滴治疗骨折术后早期肿胀，有一定局限性。中医以辨证论治为特色，遵循伤后肿由瘀成的病理，以活血祛瘀为大法，又据患者不同病情，分别采用活血消肿、利水消肿、益气消肿、养阴消肿、解毒消肿法，内外兼治，方法灵活，疗效满意。本文通过对CNKI、万方、维普等数据库2006~2016年文献查询，对其归纳总结，为临床提供参考。 |

| At present, modern medicine commonly uses dehydrating agent mannitol injection by intravenous infusion to treat early limb swelling following fracture surgery, but it has certain limitations.Syndrome differentiation is the characteristics of TCM.In the premise of blood circulation, according to the pathology and different conditions, TCM has lots of treatment methods,such as blood swelling, Lee water swelling, Qi swelling, Yang Yin swelling, detoxification swelling, both inside and outside.The effect is satisfactory.Through the references that are in the CNKI，Wanfang,Weipu and other databases from 2006 to 2016, This article summed up its summary, for the clinical reference. |
