| 目的：探讨整合素连接激酶（Integrin-linked kinase，ILK）和E-钙黏蛋白（E-cadherin）在结肠癌发生发展中的临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测ILK和E-cadherin在50例结肠恶性肿瘤、相对应25例正常结肠标本中的表达情况。结果：结肠癌组织中ILK阳性表达率为66.0%（33/50）明显高于正常结肠组织24.0%（6/25）；而E-cadherin阳性表达率为42.0%（21/50）则明显低于正常结肠组织中的表达96.0%（24/25）；ILK与E-cadherin在结肠癌中的异常表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移，临床分期有关（P<0.05），分化程度无关（P>0.05）；结肠癌组织中ILK与E-cadherin表达呈负相关（r= -0.413，P<0.05）。结论：ILK及E-cadherin与结肠癌侵袭、转移行为密切相关,在同一病例中ILK和E-cadherin的联合检测将有助于判断结肠癌患者的预后。 |

| Objective: To study the clinical significance of the Integrin-linked kinase (ILK) and E-cadherin in colon carcinoma. Methods: The expression of ILK and E-cadherin proteins were detected by immunohistochemical staining（Streptavidine-Peroxidase method）in 50 cases of colon carcinoma and 25 cases of adjacent normal colon. Results: The positive rate of ILK was significantly higher in the colon carcinoma group 66.0%（33/50）than in the adjacent normal colon 24.0%（6/25）. However, Lower positive rate of E-cadherin was detected in colon carcinoma group 42.0%（21/50）than that in adjacent normal colon group 96.0%（24/25）. The abnormal expression of ILK and E-cadherin were significantly correlated with the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, clinical stage (P<0.05), there is no correlation with differentiation（P>0.05）；There was a negative correlation of the expression of ILK and E-cadherin in colon carcinoma (r= -0.413, P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of ILK and E-cadherin is significantly correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis. In the same case,the detections of ILK and E-cadherin will help us to predict prognosis of patients． |
