| 小儿斑秃发生的内在条件为脾胃气血虚弱，复感外邪而致病。常可因遗传而进一步加剧。何慧英教授经实验研究和临床实践证明自拟方（养血健脾饮）用于治疗小儿斑秃有确切疗效。何教授以此为主治疗小儿斑秃，并联合外用自制生发剂，内外结合促进头发生长。笔者认为可进一步研究该法治应用是否能减少小儿斑秃的复发率以此提供经验借鉴。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Alopecia areata in children is mainly caused by deficiency of both Qi and blood of spleen and stomach and repeated suffering of exogenous evil and may be intensified by heredity. Professor He Huiying prepares drink beneficial for spleen and nourishing blood based on experimental research and clinical practice, and combines to use self-made ?hair-restorer to treat alopecia areata in children, with good curative effect in promoting hair growth through?internal and external?way. The author argues that further study on whether this therapy can decrease the recurrence of alopecia areata in children can be conducted, aiming to provide experience for reference。 |
