| 目的：近年来,肠癌的发病率逐年上升,严重影响患者生活质量,笔者有幸跟随郭勇教授,将其诊治肠癌经验与临床文献研究进展结合作一个总结探讨。方法：将郭勇教授多年来诊治的肠癌患者病例收集、整理,剖析并归纳其遣方用药特点,并与郭师探讨交流其辨病辨证思想,将其首创的肿瘤中医治疗应遵循“四阶段、一盲区、二弱点”理念深入解析并与肠癌的治疗融合。将中医与西医在肠癌治疗过程中的角色比重与转变作一个深入且系统的归纳。结果：肿瘤从发生、发展、演变直至归宿存在围手术期、辅助治疗期、随访期和姑息治疗期4个不同的阶段。通过对四个阶段疾病侧重的把握,灵活转换中西医治疗的角色比重,从而使肠癌患者阴平阳秘,达到延长生存时间,提高生活质量的最终目的。结论：中医与西医绝不是一个相互对立的关系,而是应该相互配合,相辅相成。在肠癌的治疗中,郭师中西医配合四阶段治疗肠癌的观点取得了显著疗效。 |

| Objective: In recent years, the incidence of colorectal cancer increased year by year, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients, the author had the honor to follow Professor Guo Yong, the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer and clinical literature research progress combined for a summary study. Methods: Professor Guo Yong's diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer patients over the years to collect, organize, analyze and summarize the characteristics of their recipe medication, and discuss with Guo Shi exchange of its syndrome differentiation thinking, its first cancer treatment should follow the "four Stage, a blind spot, two weaknesses "concept in-depth analysis and integration with the treatment of colorectal cancer. The Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the process of treatment of cancer in the role of the proportion and transformation of an in-depth and systematic induction. Results: There were four different stages of tumor formation, progression, follow - up and palliative treatment from the time of occurrence, development and evolution.
