| 恶性肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的主要疾病之一，半数以上的癌症患者饱受疼痛的折磨。在癌痛的三阶梯治疗原则下，阿片类药物广泛应用于治疗中重度癌性疼痛，但其副作用越来越受到人们关注。便秘是阿片类药物最常见的不良反应，严重影响了癌痛患者的生活质量。本文主要就近年来阿片类药物相关性便秘的中医药治疗作一简要综述。 |

| Malignant tumors are one of the major diseases that seriously endanger human health, with more than half of cancer patients suffering from pain.In the three principles of cancer pain, opioids are widely used in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain,But its side effects are getting more and more attention.Constipation is the most common adverse reaction of opioids, seriously affecting the quality of life of cancer pain patients. This article focuses on the recent study of opioid-related constipation in traditional Chinese medicine. |
