| 【】目的 探究针刺配合“补中益气汤”治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 选择我社区门诊2015年8月至2016年10月气血亏虚型颈性眩晕患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用针刺配合补中益气汤治疗,对照组单纯采用补中益气汤治疗,治疗结束后进行临床疗效分析。结果 观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为81.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后,观察组在颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表及气血亏虚型证候评估量表评分上均优于对照组(均P＜0.01)。结论 采用针刺配合 补中益气汤”治疗气血亏虚型颈性眩晕疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。 |

| Objective Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture plus “Buzhong Yiqi decoction” in treating cervical vertigo with deficiency of Qi and Blood. Method 60 patients with cervical vertigo with deficiency of Qi and Blood, who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016, were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group,The group was intervened by acupuncture plus “Buzhong Yiqi decoction”, and the control group was by “Buzhong Yiqi decoction” alone. Observe therapeutic effects between the two groups after 2 treatment course. Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group versus 81.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale score and qi and blood deficiency syndrome scale of measurement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus “Buzhong Yiqi decoction” are an effective method in treating cervical vertigo with deficiency of Qi and Blood, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
