| 目的 探讨姜黄素联合多奈哌齐对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者认知功能和行为能力的改善作用。方法 收集阿尔茨海默病患者60例，随机分为2组，多奈哌齐用药组30例，姜黄素和多奈哌齐联合用药组30例。两组患者分别在治疗前和治疗后12周、24周进行简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)、阿尔茨海默病评估量表认知分量表(ADAS-cog)的测评，并根据评分判定疗效。结果 姜黄素和多奈哌齐联合用药组患者治疗24周后MMSE评分(21.85±3.20)、ADL评分(38.64±3.21)及ADAS‐cog评分(21.19±7.04)较多奈哌齐治疗组患者MMSE评分(20.54±3.06)、ADL评分(39.85±3.06)及ADAS‐cog评分(23.60±8.01)改善明显，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 姜黄素和多奈哌齐联合用药治疗可改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能、行为能力。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of curcumin and donepezil on cognitive function and behavioral abilities in treatment of patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with Alzheimer’s disease were randomly divided into 2 groups:the group treated with donepezil and the group treated with curcumin combinated of donepezil.MMSE scale,ADL scale and Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Scale-cognition scales(ADAS-cog) were used to evaluate the cognitive function at the 0,12th, 24th week respectively.Results There were significant improvements at the 24th week in the group treated with curcumin and donepezil assessed with MMSE(21.85±3.20)，ADL(38.64±3.21) and ADAS-cog(21.19±7.04) compared to the group treated with donepezil assessed with MMSE(20.54±3.06),ADL(39.85±3.06) and ADAS-cog(23.60±8.01), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of curcumin and donepezil can ameliorate the cognitive function and behavioral abilities in treatment of patients with Alzheimer′s disease. |
