| 目的：探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效及对患儿心肌酶和炎性因子的影响。方法：选自我院于2016年1月至2016年12月期间收治的小儿手足口病103例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组53例与对照组50例。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗。两组疗程均为5d。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后心肌酶和炎性因子指标变化。结果：观察组治疗总有效率(92.45%)高于对照组(72.00%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；两组治疗后肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶降低(观察组t=33.564、20.386,对照组t=14.436、7.534,P<0.05)；观察组治疗后肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶低于对照组(t=19.813、13.142,P<0.05)；两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP降低(观察组t=13.341、19.846、40.875,对照组t=6.782、9.181、19.378,P<0.05)；观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP低于对照组(t=9.179、13.506、16.146,P<0.05)。结论：酪酸梭菌活菌散联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效明显,且可明显改善患儿心肌酶和减轻炎性反应,具有重要研究意义。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effects of Clostridium butyricum powder with Leigh Bhave Lin effect in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease and effect on myocardial enzymes in children and inflammatory factors. Methods: 103 children with hand foot mouth disease admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were divided into observation group (n = 53) and control group (n = 50) according to the random number table. The control group using the Leigh Bhave Lin treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the combined treatment of Clostridium butyricum powder. Two groups of treatment were 5d. The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: the total efficiency of the observation group (92.45%) was higher than the control group (72.00%) (P<0.05); creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase decreased in two groups after treatment (observation group t=33.564, 20.386, control group t=14.436, 7.534, P<0.05); the observation group after treatment of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase was lower than that of control group (t=19.813, 13.142, 20.386); TNF-α, CRP and IL-6 decreased in two groups after treatment (observation group t=13.341,19.846,40.875, control group t=6.782,9.181,19.378); the observation group after treatment, TNF-α, IL-6, CRP were lower than that of control group (t=9.179,13.506,16.146). Conclusion: Clostridium butyricum powder with Leigh Bhave Lin effect in the treatment of children with HFMD, and can significantly improve the myocardial enzymes in children and reduce inflammatory reaction, has important significance. |
