[目的]探讨破壁灵芝孢子粉对ConA诱导免疫损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST水平及肝组织炎症程度的影响。[方法] 雄性Balb/ c小鼠随机分成4组,正常组、模型组、低剂量破壁灵芝孢子粉组(低灵组)、高剂量破壁灵芝孢子粉组(高灵组),除正常组外,用ConA 5 mg/kg尾静脉注射,隔天1次,共2 周,建立免疫性肝损伤模型。正常组和模型组分别用生理盐水灌胃,低灵组及高灵组分别用破壁灵芝孢子粉1.0g/kg、2.0 g/kg灌胃。4周后观察血ALT、AST水平及肝组织炎症程度。 [结果]与模型组比较,低灵组及高灵组血ALT、AST水平降低、肝组织炎症程度改善,差异有统计学意义。[结论]破壁灵芝孢子粉能改善ConA诱导免疫损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST水平及肝组织炎症程度。 |

[Objective] to investigate the effect of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder on serum ALT, AST levels and liver inflammation in mice with ConA induced immune injury. [method] Balb/ c male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal group, model group, low dose group (with low concentration of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder) and high dose group (with high concentration of broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder), except the normal group, Establish of immune damage model by intravenous injection of ConA for 2 weeks . The normal group and the model group were treated with normal saline respectively, while the lower dose group and the high dose group were treated with broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder 1.0g/kg and 2 g/kg respectively. After 4 weeks, the levels of ALT、 AST and the degree of liver inflammation were observed. [result] compared with the model group, the levels of ALT and AST were lower and the degree of inflammation of the liver tissue was improved in the low and high Ling groups, the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion]Broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder can improve the level of serum ALT、AST and inflammation of liver tissue in mice with ConA induced immune injury. |
