| 肿瘤治疗中常常用到糖皮质激素,疗效肯定的同时带来失眠困扰,表现为情绪亢奋为主的睡眠障碍,因其表现符合“气血逆乱,脑气与脏腑气不接”之病机,以清代大家王清任之癫狂梦醒汤治疗,理法相合,分享疗效肯定之病案一例,以望更多探究。 |

| Glucocorticoids, often used for tumor treatment, have certain efficacy while could cause insomnia problem at the same time, mainly for the exciting emotional performance of sleep disorders. Because its performance is in line with the pathogenesis "Inverse disorder of qi and blood, brain gas and visceral gas do not connect normally",Diankuangmengxing decoction invented by Wang Qing Ren of Qing Dynasty could make treatment for the consistency of theory and method. Here share a successful case in order to look forward more exploration. |
